*There is a big difference between infatuation, love and lust.
* you don't prepare for marriage during courtship
*what God has put together let no one put asunder
*until you understand the purpose of a thing, abuse  is inevitable
*when marriage is joined by God it cannot be separated,but when it is joined by Men, separation is inevitable.
-Proverbs 18:22
*weddings and marriages are two different things
*"home sweet home" is not automatic, it is a process
*then sweetness of a marriage gets better with time
* the beginning of a marriage doesn't determine the sweetness in time.
*it is absolutely possible to have a sweet home.

*having a sweet home is your choice
*the person you get married to doesn't have the same character as you, so you need to blend/give time for blending
*marriage is a school you don't graduate from so you have  to keep learning .

1. Be confident of yourself
    -he who has a low self esteem is unnecessarily bossy and counters suggestions at home
2. Be strong
3. Be humble
4. Be firm
5.Be loving
6. Be responsible
7.Be simple
8.Be wise
9. Be courteous
10. Be considerate

PURPOSE OF MARRIAGE
1.Help
*if you fall. the level you fall down to is where your spouse is.
2.Destruction of loneliness
-Ecclesiastes 4:9
3. To make you better not bitter
-Ecclesiastes 4:10
4. Sexual purity
 *Sex is only acceptable on the platform of marriage
 -1 Corinthians 7:2, 1corinthians 7:1-end
5. For procreation
6. For companionship
7. Spiritual and social victory
    * when one falls down, the other will lift him up.


HOW TO HAVE A SWEET HOME

1.INVITE JESUS CHRIST TO BE THE CAPTAIN OF YOUR MARRIAGE
2.OBEY JESUS TOTALLY.
   -Do not wait for your spouse to obey God before you do so
3.  MAKE THE CHOICE FOR A SWEET HOME
